When Pendry Residences Tampa needed a presence of their own, built almost from scratch, I designed the ongoing calendars, creating a story around the building, the lifestyle, and the larger Pendry world while working with a limited library of assets. The challenge was making every post feel polished and unmistakably Pendry while still building awareness for a residential project that needed its own identity.
