Sales Collateral System

Viceroy required a growing library of sales materials that could move between aspirational storytelling and very practical information. I designed magazine content, event pieces, direct mail, digital campaigns, and floorplan materials around the established brand direction. For the floorplans, I took the architect's building drawings, redrew and separated the units, and turned technical plans into a usable marketing system for the sales team.
